1 c sifted all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 c olive oil
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt together in a bowl. Measure oil and add water (do not stir) and pour all at once into flour. Mix lightly with a fork. Press dough into a ball. Roll out dough between two squares of waxed paper into a 12" circle. (Dampen table top to keep paper from slipping.) Remove top paper. Lay pastry paper side up over a 9" pie pan. Peel off paper and fit pastry into pan. Build up a rim then flute the edge.
