5 tbsp Butter

5 tbsp Flour

2 cup Milk

1 clove garlic crushed or chopped

1 onion finely chopped

salt and pepper to taste

2 cans mushroom soup

Seafood (as much as you like)(or chicken, pork, bacon)

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, add garlic and onion. Add flour and stir until the butter and flour are well combined. Pour in milk, stirring constantly as it thickens. It will be very thick.

Add mushroom soup

Add Seafood and any other ingreidents you like.

Heat and cook seafood

Layer the mixture with noodles and cheese.
