1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 tsp of honey
1 tbsp of Vanilla Shakeology (or other vanilla protein powder),
optional 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp coconut oil
4 slices of Ezeikel Sprouted bread
honey to drizzle on top, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow pie plate, whisk together all ingredients except
coconut oil.
Preheat large skillet on medium heat. Add coconut oil and
coat the skillet completely.
Soak each slice of bread into the mixture on both sides. Place
on skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning
once. Drizzle with honey if desired
