1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cup salted spanish peanuts
2 cups powder sugar
1 1/2 cup (1 can) evaporated milk (Carnation)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreo's, add melted butter. Put in 9x13 Pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Bring to a boil sugar, milk, chocolate chips and butter, stir constantly for about 5-6 minutes. Add vanilla and cool.

Slice ice cream 3/4" thick layer on crust. Pack together and seal, sprinkle with peanuts. Pour fudge over than, cover and freeze. When ready to serve let set out for a while to soften.
