1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
Add: ½ tsp oil of lemon, this is oil not extract
Dissolve 2 heaping tsp bakers amonia in 2/3 cup of milk, making sure there are no lumps
Alternate milk with 5 cups all purpose flour
Directions:

Cream sugar and butter
Add eggs one at a time
Add remaining ingredients
Chill dough
Roll out in flour
Dough will be very soft
Cut with cookie cutters or use a round glass, sprinkle with sugar
Bake 400° 6-8 minutes
