1/3 c. graham crackers
1/8 lb. butter (2 T.)
1 T. sugar

Mix and press into buttered pan, place in refrigerator to chill

3/4 lb. cream cheese (2-8 oz. bars)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well with electric mixer and pour gently onto crust.
Bake 20 minutes at 275 degrees.

3/4 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. sugar

Mix well and pour on cheese cake and bake five minutes longer at 475 degrees.
