2 cans Trader Joe's Organic Red Beans
1 can Trader Joe's Organic Garbanzo Beans
2 cans Trade Joe's Tomato Sauce with Green Chiles
3/4 lb ground turkey breast
1/4 lb Hot Italian turkey sausage
carrots & celery

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take the Hot Italian sausage out of the casing & throw it in the frying pan along with the ground turkey breast
2. Cook the ground turkey breast & Hot Italian sausage all together in the frying pan until there is no uncooked portion, it does not have to be browned or crisp, just cooked
3. Open all the cans & drain the red beans & rinse them well. Rinse the Garbanzo beans as well.
4. Put the cooked turkey in the bottom of a pot & add the tomatoes & green chiles sauce and then add all the beans to the pot.
5. Let it all simmer at low temperature for at least 20 minutes...LOW Simmer.
6. Chop the carrots & celery into small pieces whichever way you like to chop them.

Time to Eat the Stuff:
Put a scoop of chopped carrots & celery in the bottom of a bowl & put the Hot Colorado River Chili on top of the chopped carrots & celery.

Let it sit for a while & then mix it all together & enjoy.
