2 Lbs. hamburger
1 medium onion chopped
1 quart tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put your hamburger and chopped onions into a pot and brown. Depending on how lean your meat is you may want to drain off the fat. Add your tomatoes, kidney beans, soup and salt & pepper. Allow the chili to simmer an hour before serving so that flavor mingle.

My mom got this recipe from her mother-in-law, Anna McLaughlin. So as you can see it has been in the family for quite some time. Tracy has changed it a little by adding some additional spices but it is a tried and true recipe.
