1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 1/4 cups Rice Crispy cereal
1 cup chopped Nestle Crunch bars
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Beat butter and sugars until light and creamy, about 3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla, beat until combined. Slowly add flour mixture, beat until just combined. Stir in oats, cereal, Crunch bars and chocolate chips. Don’t over mix. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using medium scoop, place rounded balls 2” apart. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes, move to cooling rack.
