Preheat oven to 350º
Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine with hands. Be sure to not over mix.
Shape into golf ball sized meatballs and arrange on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway thru to brown on both sides.
For best results: Place in slow cooker and cover with sauce of choice. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. The following day place in slow cooker and cook on high for desired time - up to 8 hours.
Serve alone, with pasta or subs.
