12 oz. artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons grated onion
2 cups Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 F. Serve with crackers, pita chips or flat bread.
