Jimmy Carter's Cake Recipe

1 cup flour
1 stick butter
2/3 cup dry roasted peanuts
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 medium carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 2/3 cup milk
1 Hershey bar

First layer - Blend flour and butter; add the roasted peanuts; press in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350.

Second layer - Mix together the peanut butter and cream cheese; add powdered sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread on top of baked crust.

Third layer - Mix together well the vanilla and chocolate pudding with the milk. Spread over other layers. Spread remainder of Cool Whip on top. Shave Hershey bar on top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate.
