2 cup bread cubes
3 cup milk
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples (pared and diced)
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk to bread cubes and soak for 2 hours. Beat the eggs and add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon; add to bread mixture and stir in apples and raisins. Mix well. Bake in a bowl set in a pan of water. Required baking time is about an hour and a half or until firm in middle. Temperature 350º.
