3 cup grated carrots
1 1/2 cup salad oil
2 cup white sugar
4 eggs
2 cup sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup nut meats

Directions:
Directions:
Blend oil and sugar together; add 1 egg at a time and beat. Add grated carrots. Blend flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and mix with carrot mixture. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake 40-50 minutes at 325º.
