1 cup sugar
2 T flour
1 T butter
salt
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 cup milk
2 egg whites, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the egg whites. Fold in egg whites and pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 350º until done.
