2/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs (beaten until light)
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1 9 inch graham cracker Crust
1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
2 T confectioner's sugar
4 sticks peppermint candy (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add sugar gradually. Slowly add melted chocolate (be sure chocolate is not too warm) and add eggs. Add peppermint flavoring. Cream mixture until real fluffy. Pour into graham cracket crust. Chill. Whip cream real stiff, spread over pie, then sprinkle some peppermint candy over it.
