Ingredients:  
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 cup walnuts

FILLING:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
4 T margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients and mix for 5 minutes. Pour into greased and floured sheet cake tin. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Turn upside down on dish towel dusted with powdered sugar, roll cake and towel together and let cool. Unroll and spread filling on, reroll, chill until set. Easy to make and delicious.
