Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cup flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
2 cup whole raw cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

BUTTER SAUCE:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup light cream, I use Half and Half
1 cup whole cranberries, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream sugar and butter; then add flour mixture alternately with the milk till well mixed. Add cranberries and vanilla. Bake in angel food cake pan (greased and floured); covered with Reynolds Wrap. Bake at 400º for 40 minutes or more. (I usually bake it almost an hour, uncovering it near the end till top is golden.) Be sure it's done clear through or it will be gummy. Serve hot or cold with Butter Sauce.

BUTTER SAUCE:
Melt butter in pan; add sugar and cream. Mix well. Cook 3-4 minutes; boil. Can be reheated.
