Beans, navy or Great Northern 5 lb (AP) Wash beans
Salt 4 oz Sugar, brown 6 oz
Dry mustard 1 tsp
Vinegar, cider 2 Tbsp
Molasses 1 cup
Catsup 21⁄2 cups
Bacon, cubed 1 lb
Onion, chopped 3 oz

Directions:
Directions:
Add boiling water and let stand 1 hour.
Cook in same water until tender, about 1 hour. Add more water if needed
Pour into one 12 20 4-inch baking pan.
Add remaining ingredients to beans.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 3–4 hours.
Add more Water if needed during baking.
Uncover during last half hour of baking.
