1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 - 28 oz. can tomatoes (I used tomato sauce)
2 - 5 1/2 cans tomato paste
4 cups hot water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2-4 chilli peppers (opt)
2 cups raw potatoes, diced
1 cup raw carrots, diced
6-7 cups coarsely chopped cabbage or may double

brown meat, onion, celery. pepper, oil
Add everything but cabbage, simmer 1 hour uncovered.
Stir, add cabbage, cover and simmer for 1 hour more
add extra water if needed
