2 Cups Cantaloupe Sliced, 1/3 cup portions
2 Cups Watermelon Sliced, 1/3 cup portions
2 Cups Red grapes Washed, 1/3 cup portions
18 Ounces Lettuce 3-oz portion per salad
12 Tablespoons Reduced fat creamy dressing,
such as Ranch or Poppy seed
Divided into 6, 2-Tablespoon
portions

Directions:
1. Place 3-oz portions of lettuce in each Quik Pik container. Arrange ham and fruit.
Place low fat poppy seed dressing container in lower corner. Cover and label.
