64 Oz Cooked lo mein noodles
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Oz Onion Thin julienne
4 Oz Celery Thin slice on bias
4 Oz Carrot Thin julienne
4 Oz Red & green bell pepper Thin julienne
12 Oz Napa cabbage Thin julienne
4 Oz Baby corn, drained Sliced in 1-inch lengths
4 Oz Broccoli florets Cut small, blanched &
shocked
2 Oz Water chestnuts, drained Sliced
2 Oz Bean sprouts
8 Oz Classic stir fry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook lo mein noodles until al dente and set aside.
2. Heat oil in large sauté pan or wok over medium-high. Add onion, celery and
carrot. Sauté until just tender, 2-4 minutes. Add remaining vegetables, cooked
noodles and sauce, toss to combine and sauté until hot.
3. Hold hot for service at > 140°.
