2 c. milk
8 eggs or 1 carton Egg Beaters® (Original or Southwestern Style)
6 slices bread, torn into small pieces
1 lb. sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain on paper towel.
Beat eggs; add milk, and bread. Add cheese, mustard, salt and sausage.
Place all in buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 30-45 minutes at 350ºF.
Optional: top with more cheese or top with salsa.

Once baked, you can cut up into serving size pieces, then freeze, for a quick breakfast on the go, later.
