1 lb. sirloin tips (or stew meat)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 small can mushrooms, optional
3/4 cup wate

Directions:
Directions:
I sprayed the crock pot with Pam, and dumped the meat in. Mix soups, mushrooms, and water and pour over. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW 6 or more hours. Serve over cooked rice or egg noodle
