12 slices bread, crust removed and cubed
12 eggs
1 qt. half & half
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread cubes in well greased 9x13 baking pan.
Beat eggs with half & half; add salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over bread, and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, fry and crumble bacon.
Sprinkle over egg mixture. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
