1 Small package of baby carrots
10 baby red potatos (halved)
1 white onion, peeled and cut into quarters
1 four pound corned beef brisket
1/2 head of cabbage, chopped coarsely

Directions:
Directions:
Put carrots, potatos, and onions in the bottom of a slow-cooker/crockpot. Place brisket on top of the vegetables. Pour just enough water over to cover the brisket (about 4 cups). Sprinkle the spices from the seasoning packet into the pot, cover and cook on high for about 6 hours.

Add the cabbage. Cook for 1 more hour. (7 hours total).
