Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 envelope Lipton Veg Soup Mix( Can use Knorrs but Lipton is better) 1 -16oz. sour cream ½ cup mayonnaise ( Must use Mayonaisse) ½ tsp lemon juice 10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped, optional

Directions:	Directions: Blend soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice Add spinach and water chestnuts. Combine all together Serve with crackers
