5-7 Pepperoncini
1 packet dry Ranch dressing
1 packet Au Jus mix
I stick of butter
5 pound roast

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in a crock-pot. Top roast with dry ranch, & Au Jus. Put stick of butter on the center of the roast, and surround butter with the Pepperoncini.

Bake on low for 7-8 hours.
