5 lb. pot roast
1/2 cup flour
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 cups gingerale

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle roast with a little bit of flour (reserve remaining flour)
Place in slow cooker.
In separate mixing bowl, combine soup mix, gravy mix, remaing flour and ginger ale.
Mix well. Pour over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours in a slow cooker.
Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.

Makes a nice gravy, in fact...I normally double the soup mix, gravy mix, flour, and ginger ale.
