2 cups farfalle pasta, cooked & drained
1/4 cup butter
2 T. minced garlic
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 1/2 cups shredded Colby cheese (cheddar will work in a pinch)
4-8 ounces cubed ham
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter over low heat. Saute garlic in butter for 30 seconds. Whisk in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk, Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for one minute. Stir in mustard and Colby cheese. Cook, stirring until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta and ham. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
