1 3-4 pound beef roast (eye round works well)
1 jar of giardiniera - pick to your taste: hot or mild
1 cup of beer
Italian sub rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. cover with beer and giardiniera. Cook 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Shred with forks when cooked. Serve over rolls.
