1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter, soft
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix ingredients together and roll into 1 1/2" balls. Roll balls in a mixture of 2 T. sugar, and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet in preheated oven for 8-9 minutes.
