Ingredients:  
1 pound of chicken breasts (2-3 breasts);
1 sliced yellow onion;
3 sliced peppers (1 each: green, yellow, red);
1 package of taco seasoning;
taco toppings: sour cream, avocado, chopped tomatoes, cheese;
tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peppers and onions and put in bottom of crock pot. Put chicken breasts in and sprinkle taco seasoning on top. Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or high setting for 3-4 hours. When cooked, shred everything in pot with two forks and serve on tortillas with your fixings.
