3 oz. white chocolate
1/2 cup butter, soft
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Melt the chocolate and butter in a small pan over low heat. Set aside to cool. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Place remaining ingredients in a bowl and beat until blended. Add the dry ingredients, and the chocolate mixture; beat until smooth. Pour evenly into pans and bake for 50 minutes or test done. Let cool in pans for 5-10 minutes, then remove from pans and let cool completely.
