Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6-8 chicken breasts
10-12 slices of Swiss cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup melted butter
2 sleeves of crushed Ritz crackers
garlic powder to taste
dried onion to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place chicken in greased casserole dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and dried onion. Place cheese all over the chicken. No chicken should be exposed. Mix sour cream, soup, and water together. Pour on top of the chicken & cheese. Mix crackers and butter until all of the crackers are moist. Sprinkle crackers all over the casserole. Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes, and serve over white rice.

Alternative directions: Dice chicken before placing it in baking dish. This makes serving the meal easier, and is MUCH easier to feed to children!
