1 cup sugar
1 T. flour
1 heaping T. cornstarch
4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 eggs
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
6 Granny Smith apples, peeled & cubed
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first ingredients over stovetop until it thickens, stirring constantly. Let cool completely (I usually put the pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or so). Mix with apples & Cool Whip.
