2 (29 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients except marshmallows. Pour into a 9x13 dish, and spread evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove and spread marshmallows on top. Serve after allowing marshmallows to melt for a few minutes.
