8 eggs
1/2 loaf bread, cubed
8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. onion
3 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, onion, salt and dry mustard, add milk and most of cheeses. Place cubed bread in 9 x 13 baking pan, pour melted butter over bread and then pour egg mixture over bread. This is meant to be put together the night before and then baked in the morning at 350 for 50 minutes.
