1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
FROSTING:
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1 oz. square unsweetened chocolate, melted (or 1/3 c. chocolate chips)
2 tbsp. hot water
1 c. powdered sugar
Pecan halves


Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar, blend in vanilla, add flour & salt and mix well. Shape rounded teaspoons of dough into balls. Place on cookie sheet, flatten slightly and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. FROSTING: mix all ingredients together and frost cooled cookies. Top cookie with pecan half or almond slice.
