3-4 lbs ground beef and 1 lb ground sausage (falls brand)
24 crushed crackers or 1 c panko bread crumbs
1 ea diced bell pepper and onion
1 Tbls worchestershire sauce
3 Tbls prepared mustard
salt and ground pepper to taste
1 Tbl Montreal Steak Seasoning
3 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350
In large bowl mix meat until blended well but do not over work. Add remaining ingredients and mix
Spray a deep baking pan with Pam and form meat into a loaf in center of pan. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and continue baking for 30 - 45 minutes until internal temp is between 160 and 175. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes slice and serve.
Goes well with Scalloped Potatoes and a salad
