1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 lb ground ham (lean)
2 beaten eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp baking powder
5 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
3 tsp flour
Vinegar for paste

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the pork and ham together. Add beaten eggs, bread crumbs, milk and baking powder, mix thoroughly. Place in loaf pan and press into shape.
Blend sugar, dry mustard, flour and add enough vinegar to make a smooth paste. Spread over loaf.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Can serve with horseradish sauce and garnish with parsley.
