Ingredients:  
6 pork chops
1 12 oz can soup
1/4 cup water
6 slices of sweet onion
6 pepper rings
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown pork chops in crisco, pour off fat. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in soup and water. Top each pork chop with an onion slice and pepper ring. Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally.

Can be baked in the oven. Can be served with scalloped corn.
