2 (12.5 oz.) cans canned chicken, drained
3 c. monterey jack cheese, divided
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (4.5 oz.) can green chilies, drained
1/3 c. fresh cilantro (optional) can sub parsley
8 large flour tortillas
1 (15 oz.) can green enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients, including 2 c. cheese. Spoon mixture into tortillas and roll up. Arrange in 9x13 sprayed baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over top. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º 35-40 mins.
