1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 egg, well beaten
4 cups rhubarb

1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. rolled oats
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Filling: Combine sugar and flour and mix well. In another bowl, mix egg and rhubarb: add sugar mixture and stir to mix

Topping; In bowl, combine sugar, rolled oats, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly

Spoon rhubarb filling into pie shell. sprinkle topping over filling

bake 400 for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown
