2.25 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 T oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c chopped walnuts
1 c. mashed ripe banana

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan or muffin tin. Beat all ingredients together on medium until incorporated. Pour into pan. Bake 55-60 min or until toothpick comes out clean but with a little crumbs. Don't overbake! Enjoy! Can omit nuts and add choc chips if you like.
