1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup flour
1 stick margarine, room temperature
1 cup cool whip
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix walnuts, flour and margarine together; press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º until light brown, cool. Mix cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar together and spread over crust. Mix puddings and milk together; beat on high speed 3 minutes. Spread over pie. Add thin layer of cool whip. Grate chocolate Hershey bar over top. Refrigerate.
