Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. soda
1/2 cup milk (sour)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 cups flour
3 to 4 bananas
Salt and vanilla to taste
May add raisins or chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and butter, add soda to milk and mix into egg mixture
add 1/2 of the flour and mix well. add bananas, salt and vanilla and other half of flour and baking powder
Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until brown

Note: To sour milk add a little vinegar
