8-10 chicken tenders
8-10 slices bacon
1/2 c. italian cheese blend
salt and pepper to taste
8-10 toothpicks

IMPORTANT: Because you a handling raw chicken make sure you have everything ready to go so that you are only touch the things you will be using, if you do need something wash well before getting it.
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray, set aside, but within reach. Lay out bacon strips, place chicken on top of bacon so that the large end of chicken and end of bacon are even, add salt and pepper. At large end of each tender place about 1 tbsp. cheese (discard any unused cheese). Roll, wrapping bacon around chicken, secure with toothpick. Once rolled place in pan with space between each.
Bake at 350 º for 30-45 mins. depending on size of chicken, flipping about half way through. Let cool 5-10 mins. and remove toothpicks before serving.
