10 pieces of chicken tenderloins or other types
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cold water
3 cups flour
paprika
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
good pinch of crushed rosemary
good pinch of basil
olive oil, extra light

Directions:
Directions:
In paper or 1 gal zip lock freezer bag mix flour. paprika, salt, pepper, rosemary, and basil.

Mix eggs and water in a med mixing bowl.

Place chicken in egg mixture, 3 or 4 pieces at a time

Place chicken in bag with flour mixture, shake, adding additional pieces until all chicken is in the bag.

Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.

Heat olive oil in skillet, place chicken in skillet and fry for about 10 minutes each side until coating is crisp and chicken is cooked.
