5 lb potatoes (reds or peeled bakers)
1 onion or 1 bunch green onions, diced
1 c. bread & butter pickles, diced
1/2 c. dill pickles, diced
6 hared boiled eggs, diced
salt and pepper to taste
mayo
squirt of yellow mustard
pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in microwave until tender, cool and dice. In large bowl combine all ingredients, add 1 1/2 c. mayo and 1 tbsp. pickle juice to start, add small amounts of mayo and pickle juice until you have a nice even creamy coating on everything.
